The story
Debnix started from a simple observation. Spending time in Shopify seller communities - Reddit, forums, Twitter - the same complaint kept coming up: "I ran out of stock and didn't see it coming." Sellers were losing real revenue to stockouts, manually tracking inventory in spreadsheets, or paying $200+ per month for enterprise tools they barely used.
The problem was everywhere. Affordable solutions were not. When Shopify discontinued Stocky in early 2026, the gap became even wider for small and mid-sized stores.
