Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all Debnix Pro features. No payment information is required during the trial period. You will only be charged after your trial ends if you choose to continue.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are charged for a subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge. To request a refund, contact us at debnix.hq@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

3. Eligibility

Refunds are available if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of being charged
• You have not previously received a refund for a Debnix subscription
• Your account is in good standing

Refunds are not available for:

• Charges older than 7 days
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
• Partial month refunds after the 7-day window

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, but no refund is issued for the remaining days in the billing period unless you are within the 7-day refund window.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, and payment disputes. If you have a dispute with a charge, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at debnix.hq@gmail.com with:

• Your account email address
• The date of the charge
• The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.
